Product Information
Most RNJ Trends Inc products displayed at the Site are available in select
stores in Canada, United States and select foreign markets while
supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the
Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the Site
are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are valid and effective only in
Canada.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee
product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available
for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or
prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or
all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision,
discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products
which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to
the products ordered or cancel your order.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual
colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that
your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the
order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks
for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase
after 3 weeks, please notify customerservice@room322.ca. You will receive an an email from customerservice@room322.ca when your order has been confirmed.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a RNJ Trends Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RNJ Trends Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RNJ Trends Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RNJ Trends Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by RNJ Trends Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
RNJ Trends Inc may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to RNJ Trends Inc.
Returns & Exchanges
RNJ Trends Inc will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written
communication and agreement. All items that may be authorized to be
returned to RNJ Trends Inc can be done so with proof of purchase within 10 days
from original shipment date. A
instore credit will be provided, NO REFUNDS whatsoever. All sale items
and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALES. RNJ Trends Inc does not accept or
resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods
whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly
recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or
trace system.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a RNJ Trends Inc or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
